I've had 2 winter coats cleaned in the past with no issues. They have excellent customer service - all agents I've spoken to are friendly and professional. It's great how easy it is to get a quote online. There is free pick-up and drop-off. If you're looking for transparent pricing and convenience, try them out.

Needed to have a heavy duty zip replaced on my 3/4 length coat. Pricey, but worth it. Only picked up today, so haven't worn it yet. The zip matches the old one (a dark antique brown) and the stops at the bottom look much stronger than the original flimsy ones. Was shown 2 different shades of zips beforehand, which they then cut to the right size. They were also able to transfer the original pull tab over to the new zip. I can't tell the difference from how the coat was before; the zip needed replacing and I'm very pleased with the result. It took three weeks. Highly recommend 'Love Your Coat'; the workmanship is excellent.

Zipper replacement = perfection. Plus they patched a nasty hole in the fabric of my puffy jacket, giving it a chance at an even longer life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Pretty awesome service. I don’t know how they managed to get my white down coat so clean honestly it was filthy. I sent it with a hanger I only wish I got the hanger back but I can get past that. Thank you!!! Edit: After a couple of days taking out the jacket and inspecting it sadly had to revoke my review because the waterproofing came off my down :(. However I called customer support to let them know and they were able to fix my jacket and put the waterproof back on !

We have now had 2 men's jacket/coat tailored by Love your Tailor. One jacket needed a whole new zipper as it is a favorite wool coat where the material was frayed, . The second jacket has two side pockets that did not have any closures, so we were worried that my husbands items would fall out, so I asked for zippers to be put in the pockets. It's an absolute miracle of how their tailors were able to seamlessly put the new zippers in both jackets. We were thrilled and honestly amazed with the professional work done on these jackets. We will continue to utilize Love your tailor for our needs as they are AWESOME Tailors, so glad we found them. Excellent service!

I had a quilted leather coat that I loved, but it was looking scuffed and faded. I found Love Your Leather and took my coat to be re-dyed, and it looks brand new. Plus they replaced a missing snap - I would recommend them to anyone. The staff were helpful and fun, and I had my coat back in no time.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever encountered, in any industry! Very responsive and easy to coordinate with via text (or email or phone - whatever you prefer), free pick up and delivery (even in Hamilton), extremely well priced, and the repair they did to a tear in the outer layer of my winter coat was absolutely perfect. The number one dry cleaning (so much care taken on every item!) and alternative one stop shop in the GTA. For the past 3 years I have gone to the team there for all my dry cleaning and alteration needs. I checked out the reviews online and tried getting a few items altered. After that, I handed over so many expensive and precious items and the professionalism of the Tailor, leather care and the entire team supporting the entire process puts my mind at ease (we've all had items ruined at different places I am sure).

The folks at LoveYourGear did a great job on my goalie equipment. Smells amazing even after I wore it since it was cleaned! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Really friendly and courteous customer service as well.

My 15 year old black Danier leather jacket is literally like new now. My Moncler jacket was getting a bit worse for wear and also came back like new. So convenient having the pickup and drop off service.

My Rudsak jacket zipper got stuck at the worst time possible - in the middle of airport security. I could not get the coat off it was stuck solid and I had to step out of the jacket. I contacted this place to replace my zipper and they did a wonderful job. It looks great and zips smoother than ever and the jacket looks new !

I had a hole in my puffy coat where the feathers were escaping from.... 'Love Your Centre' replaced the panel the hole was in versus patching the hole. Perfect job. Only noticeable to me.

Love Your Coat and it’s affiliated services did a FANTASTIC job at helping me tailor my clothes after my substantial weight loss (and a couple of overly-hopeful size-wise online shopping mistakes). While their services are on the pricier side, if you want a professional eye, this is the place to visit. Their tailors will advise you on any style alterations, and even advise you against tailoring some clothes if you don’t need to (turns out a pair of heels can do wonders for the proportions of a midi skirt that doesn’t hit you quite right). The care and attention to detail was everything I looked for in my designer pieces and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! I definitely plan on coming back again with a new haul of clothes some time in the future!

Absolutely love the services provided here! I bought a 2nd hand, purple sheepskin coat that was waaaaay too big on me. I tried to use their online alterations estimate, but ended up contacting them bc the work I wanted done was much more extensive than a regular hem job. Anne-Marie fit the coat to me perfectly. Communication was outstanding! I will gladly take my future work to them 🙂

I have a brown suede jacket I bought 40 years ago. Put on some weight and have not worn it in 25 years. I recently lost weight and started to wear it and was so happy getting compliments until I made a 7-8 inch tear like an “L”. I was so depressed. I found these people on line and they told me it cost this much ($90) or that much ($300). I paid the jacket $500 back in the day when leather was leather and suede was suede. I chose the more expensive option. Boy smart move I don’t regret one bit. Jacket looks like new. If you have anything worth preserving I strongly recommend Love Your Coat.

I have had amazing experiences from the moment I called in and spoke to the great people answering the phone to the delivery of my items! I had stains on my leather pants and they came back as if they were brand new! I also had my old Gucci belt repaired and they did an excellent job! I cant say enough how happy I have been and will use them again in the future!

I have used this service on two occasions. I had the zipper replaced on two winter jackets and a leather motorcycle jacket. All three jackets were repaired perfectly in a timely manner. Exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this service They delivered the jackets to my door when the repairs were completed.

When my North Face Ski Jacket zipper failed a year ago the manufacturer directed me to send it to "Love Your Coat Toronto" for warranty repair.  The staff there were super frendly and helpful throughout the whole process  of shipping and repair.  They updated me on progress and advised me when work was competed and the coat was being shipped back to me.  The workmanship  on the zipper replacement was of very high quality and i found the replacement  zipper  worked even better than the original  one. I used the coat the entire winter with no issues.  I was very satisfied  with their services and would be happy to use them again in the future.

The service was excellent from my first phone call to delivery of the jacket to my house. Kathy has been very accommodating and provided solution to my Northface jacket. The zipper was replaced perfectly and she even changed it to double zipper to avoid the problem to happen again. She told me to call Northface to claim the lifetime warranty and got my jacket repaired for free.

Best cleaning service in the 6 no joke I had my moncler coat ripped from my dog and they gave me my options which would be best they fixed it cleaned it picked it up and delivery. The ladies that work they're are complete sweet hearts!! You will never be disappointed with the services of this company I reccomend everybody. And remember one thing good service ain't cheap and you always get what you pay.

Professional services, and good, precise tailoring. They measure each sleeve separately, to ensure it fits, because one arm may be slightly different length to the other, so this is nicely personalized. A bit expensive, (Approximately $90 with tax for shortening leather jacket sleeves). You pay upfront, and they explained it’s because some customers took years to pick an item up (or never did), so that seems fair. Otherwise, it’s a reliable place, where they text you when your item is ready, and they follow the timelines promised on their services.

Would not recommend they took the waterproofing off my jacket.

Be aware that the team will ask you for a full liability waiver to do dry cleaning, so you may end up doing this at the risk of damaging your 1K plus garment. After dropping my coat for cleaning, I was informed that the some leather elements may bleach and a full liability waiver is required, even though I checked with them up-front if they know how to clean Rudsak coats. Of course the answer to why a full liability for the bleach is required remains unanswered. When speaking with the team, I was told “go and ask the manufacturer why they make bad winter coats”.

Overpriced and took longer than expected when it says 7 days. The website says 7 days when it took way longer. It is a scam where they push you to use their services. First they say they will tell me the final cost when they pick up the coat. Once it was picked up they didnt provide me the final price and gave me a paper that says if you cancel the service, you will be charged a $75. They then provide me the final quote a few days after they picked it up and it was an extra ~$30. Extremely expensive! Although it was convenient and was free delivery, I will not be using them again. Received my jacket damaged after dry cleaning and paying extra. What a joke… this was a new jacket too.
